Meet Your Instructor

Hi - I'm Brad Hosking. An award winning record producer, musician, business owner and educator.
I have over 20 years of experience as a songwriter and producer and I want to share with you all the tips, tricks, and mistakes I've made along my journey so you can fast-track your skills to be able to produce release quality music in the shortest amount of time.

I've toured the world in bands as a session musician, written literally hundreds of jingles and advertising campaigns for clients all around the world, written and produced countless records for pop, indie, and rock artists gaining international airplay, built successful music businesses, and have spent the last decade and a half sharing my expertise and experience with up and coming musicians, producers and songwriters as a University Lecturer.

Whether you are a beginner just starting your journey or an experienced campaigner, I'm sure there will be a lot of value in this course for you.
Songwriting and music production are so fluid and closely related in modern music and I feel that every musician and songwriter should possess production skills to open up new areas of creativity for their songwriting practice and creative output.
I look forward to seeing you in the program.
Let's make some music!
